Key Responsibilities:
Lead and train kitchen team while maintaining high standards
Design and implement creative seasonal menus
Ensure exceptional food presentation and guest satisfaction
Maintain strict hygiene stock control and kitchen systems
Oversee bush banqueting picnics and unique dining experiences
Manage food orders costing and waste control
Collaborate with lodge management and suppliers
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar senior role
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent organisational and administrative ability
Passion for innovative high-quality cuisine
Knowledge of stock control and food costing systems
Strong communication skills with guests and staff
Valid South African drivers license
