ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will provide bespoke travel support to guests and trade partners before during and after travelensuring a smooth personalised and stress-free safari experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver high-touch concierge support to international guests & agents
Manage itineraries bookings and travel logistics across Africa
Communicate clearly with lodges suppliers & internal teams
Proactively resolve guest travel issues with professionalism
Promote and support safari experiences
Provide 7-day operational guest support where required
Requirements
Experience in travel consultancy lodge operations or concierge services
Strong knowledge of Southern African destinations (advantageous)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Calm detail-oriented and solutions-driven personality
Willingness to learn systems such as Tourplan/NX & WETU

Required Skills:
Requirements: 35 years experience in luxury safari reservations or tour consulting Diploma or degree in Tourism or related field Strong knowledge of Southern African destinations and safari logistics Experience working with international travel agents and luxury clientele Proficiency in Tourplan Strong attention to detail organisation and multitasking ability Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
