Role Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to produce accurate technical drawings and plans for architectural projects working closely with architects and designers to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings layouts and 3D models using AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp
- Convert sketches and design concepts into technical drawings
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes and industry standards
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design issues
- Conduct site visits and prepare shop drawings where required
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Drafting Architecture or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Sound knowledge of construction methods and building materials
