Job Summary
Permanent full-time appointment for a Western-trained Private Doctor supporting a UHNW Principal across a private yacht itinerary in the Mediterranean including the Greek Islands Italy Monaco Marbella Ibiza Mallorca and the Algarve.
This role goes beyond reactive care. It is designed for a Doctor who can act as the Principals long-range clinical anchor: maintaining oversight of ongoing health priorities identifying risk early managing acute episodes when required and coordinating access to premium diagnostics hospital services and specialist consultants across Europe.
The environment is private mobile and expectation-sensitive. You will be expected to bring calm judgement discretion and consistent clinical structure across both yacht-based travel and land-based stays ensuring that medical continuity is preserved at every stage of the itinerary.
Requirements
Recognised medical degree from the UK Ireland Europe USA Canada Australia or New Zealand.
Minimum 5 years post-specialisation.
Family Medicine Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine preferred.
Fluent English essential.
Experience in private medicine executive health concierge medicine travel medicine remote medicine or yacht medicine strongly preferred.
High discretion autonomy and international travel flexibility required.
