We are seeking an outstanding and experienced educational leader to serve as Head of School for a growing through-school offering Early Years Primary and Secondary provision.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across the full school ensuring exceptional standards in teaching and learning safeguarding student wellbeing staff development operational excellence and long-term school growth.
This is a senior leadership role for a visionary leader who can drive academic excellence strengthen school culture support future expansion and build strong relationships across the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clear and inspirational leadership across the whole school from Early Years through Primary and future Secondary development
Lead the implementation of the schools vision values and long-term strategic plan
Drive continuous school improvement and ensure high standards across all areas of school life
Support school growth enrolment strategy and future whole-school expansion plans
Oversee curriculum development and delivery across all phases of the school
Ensure outstanding teaching and learning through effective monitoring coaching and accountability
Maintain high standards of assessment progress tracking and student outcomes
Lead inspire and develop the Senior Leadership Team and wider teaching staff
Oversee recruitment onboarding performance management and succession planning
Foster a positive inclusive and nurturing school culture where students thrive academically and personally
Ensure strong safeguarding culture and compliance across the school
Build strong relationships with parents prospective families and the wider school community
Support admissions retention and community engagement initiatives
Work closely with the Board / Executive Leadership on strategic development priorities
Ensure compliance with local education regulations safeguarding expectations and operational standards
Support budgeting staffing structures resource planning and campus operations
Requirements
Essential
Significant senior leadership experience within international or bilingual school settings
Proven experience leading across multiple school phases (EYFS Primary and ideally Secondary)
Strong understanding of British curriculum frameworks and whole-school leadership
Excellent people leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to student welfare
Strategic mindset with strong operational capability
Experience supporting school growth improvement planning and change management
Desirable
Experience leading school expansion or through-school development
Experience within Hong Kong or wider Asia international education markets
Knowledge of bilingual or multilingual learning environments
Experience in premium private school environments
Masters degree in Education Leadership or related field
