- Ensure full compliance with the Companies Act and SSM regulations.
- Prepare and submit statutory filings annual returns resolutions and company updates.
- Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
- Prepare Board Meeting AGM and EGM notices agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate with auditors tax agents legal advisors and regulatory authorities.
- Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Liaise and deal with the Companys Directors.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative and personal tasks assigned.
Office Administration:
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and summaries.
- Maintain proper filing and document tracking systems.
- Support daily office operations where required.
Requirements
- Degree in Corporate Administration Business Law or related fields.
- Experience in company secretarial work preferred (familiarity with SSM).
- Excellent communication skills in English Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of discretion professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital document tools.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Corporate Governance Law or a related discipline. Prior experience in corporate secretarial executive support or a dual-function administrative role is advantageous. Good understanding of regulatory compliance and familiarity with statutory processes (e.g. SSM) is an added advantage. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. Highly organized detail-oriented and able to handle confidential matters with discretion while managing multiple priorities independently.
