A dynamic and experienced Restaurant Branch Manager is required to oversee daily operations ensure excellent customer service and drive business growth. The role demands strong leadership skills operational efficiency and the ability to manage both staff and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality hygiene and service
- Supervise train and motivate restaurant staff
- Manage staff scheduling attendance and performance
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Control operational costs and improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly performance reports
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the branch
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hotel Management Hospitality or related field (preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Experience in handling branch-level operations independently
