Job Summary

Nurses will be deployed to different branches depending on the vacancy.

  1. Provides direct professional nursing care to a specified population of patients in an inpatient or an outpatient setting.
  2. Prepares equipment and assists physicians during examinations and treatments.
  3. Performs evaluation of new and existing patients to determine priority and suitability of treatment and/or need for modifications.
  4. Administers prescribed medications applies sterile dressings performs phlebotomy and monitors vital signs.
  5. Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
  6. May perform specialized nursing procedures related to the unique needs of a particular patient population.
  7. May oversee and guide the work of other nursing and support staff.
  8. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


Requirements

- Must have at least 1 year NURSING Experience in Hospital
- Nurse Specialist license
- Female Registered Nurse Minimal Number of Male Registered Nurses
- They will not acccept Clinic Company Private Dental Derma and Laser Nurses.
- No working gap of more than 1 year
- With or without Prometric Exam and Dataflow (but willing to take them before deployment)


Benefits

Annual air ticket: Excursion Economy Class (round trip)
Overtime Pay: 150% of the regular hourly rate
Standby Pay: 10% of the regular hourly rate
Annual Merit Increase: computed as percentage upon re-contracting based on annual evaluation

END OF SERVICE BENEFIT (SAUDI SERVICE AWARD): Remuneration computed equivalent to the years of service as follows:
Initial 5 years ½ month current basic salary;
6th year and onwards 1 month of the current basic salary
Re-contracting Bonus: 1 month of his/her basic salary
Accommodation/Transportation: Provided
Housing allowance: 25% of monthly basic salary if no housing was provided
Transportation: 800 SAR if housing is not provided

MID-YEAR BENEFITS: 10 calendar days post leave and mid-year round trip air ticket (for nursing positions only)
Uniforms: Provided
Medical Care: Provided (Except Cosmetics Dental & IVF)
Leaves and Holidays:
Annual Leave: 30 days

* will issue a medical waiver depending on the condiiton
* nurses with relatives can request location assignment depending on vacany


Required Skills:

1. Updated CV in word format 2. Diploma 3. TOR 4. RLE 5. Valid PRC ID (front&back) 6. PRC Board Certificate 7. PRC Board Rating 8. Certificate of Passing 9. Certificate of Good Standing (valid for 6 months prior to departure) 10. Certificates of Employment - (within the last 3 years of experience only from 2018-2021) 11. Valid Passport 12. Valid NBI 13. OET/IELTS Certificate Acceptable if Have not yet taken the exam 14. A screenshot of your NMBI registration/ongoing application OET Acceptable Results - OET (Nursing) with Grade B in three components and C in one component IELTS Acceptable Results - Overall IELTS score of 7.0 with a minimum of 6.5 in any one module.


Required Education:

Graduate of BS Nursing with valid PRC ID License
