UIUX Designer
Job Summary
Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing and analyze user feedback and behavioral data to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and and justify design decisions to stakeholders and incorporate their in design reviews and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Address user pain points by designing user-centric on designs based on usability testing and user feedback.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends tools and best to the improvement of design processes and methodologies within the team.
Requirements
0-2 Years of experience in the field of UI/UX development of web and mobile applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma(Preferred) Sketch Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma.
Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
