Job Summary

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Books

Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

Record invoices bills payments and journal entries

2. Bank & Reconciliation

Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis

Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers

Track outstanding payments and follow-ups

3. GST & Compliance

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1 GSTR-3B etc.)

Ensure compliance with Indian taxation laws

Coordinate with CA for audits and filings

4. Financial Reporting

Generate monthly MIS reports

Prepare P&L Balance Sheet and cash flow reports

Assist in budgeting and forecasting

5. Expense & Cost Control

Monitor expenses and ensure proper classification

Verify and process employee reimbursements

Control and track operational costs

6. Audit & Documentation Maintain proper documentation for all transactions

Assist during internal and external audits



Requirements

Key Skills Required (What we need)

/ / CA Inter (preferred)

3 years of accounting experience

Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books

Good understanding of GST and TDS

Proficiency in MS Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
