Key Responsibilities
Crop and Soil Analysis: Testing soil for nutrients pH and composition to determine optimal fertilization and cultivation strategies.
Field Research & Trials: Designing and implementing experiments to evaluate new crop varieties pest control methods and improved growing techniques.
Sustainable Management: Developing methods to improve water usage reduce soil erosion and introduce sustainable farming practices.
Advisory Role: Consulting with farmers to provide actionable recommendations on planting harvesting and crop protection.
Data Management: Using precision agriculture toolssuch as GIS drones and data modelingto analyze field performance and predict yields.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: A Bachelors or Masters degree in agronomy crop science soil science or agricultural science.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in pest management plant physiology and soil chemistry.
Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis skills to interpret research and field statistics.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting to clients farmers and industry stakeholders.
