Key Responsibilities
Design and Planning: Develop detailed blueprints structural designs and technical specifications using CAD software.
Site Analysis: Perform soil hydrological and topographical surveys to evaluate site suitability and feasibility.
Project Management: Oversee construction operations to ensure adherence to timelines budgets and safety regulations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with government regulations environmental standards and zoning laws.
Project Estimation: Calculate material labor and construction costs to determine project budgets.
Collaboration: Coordinate with clients architects contractors and government officials.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license is often required for senior roles or signing off on projects.
Software Proficiency: Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D) and modeling tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and scientific reasoning to solve complex infrastructure problems.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Skills:
Conducting surveys and gathering data for land development and construction projects. Designing and setting up survey systems including total stations and GPS receivers. Performing calculations and analyzing data to produce accurate survey reports.
