Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Curriculum: Develop lesson plans for subjects like biology chemistry physics or earth science that adhere to national or school standards.
Laboratory Management: Oversee and conduct science experiments ensuring strict safety protocols are followed in the classroom and lab.
Assessment & Evaluation: Create and grade tests assignments and projects to evaluate student progress providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
Classroom Environment: Maintain an organized safe and engaging classroom often using digital tools and hands-on activities to encourage inquiry.
Support & Collaboration: Identify students requiring extra help and provide interventions as well as collaborate with colleagues on school-wide science events like fairs or exhibitions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Science Education Biology Chemistry Physics or related fields.
Certification: Valid state teaching certification or license for specialized science education.
Competencies: Strong subject matter knowledge excellent communication skills classroom management skills and ability to foster critical thinking.

Typical Daily Tasks
