Key Responsibilities

Installation & Maintenance: Install de-install calibrate and perform preventive maintenance on CT and MRI scanners.

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose complex mechanical electrical and software issues to minimize downtime.

Customer Support: Provide technical support to radiologists and technologists ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Documentation: Maintain precise service records documentation and Field Change Orders (FCO).

Safety Compliance: Adhere to FDA local and company regulations regarding radiation safety and equipment standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 25 years of experience in medical imaging field service (CT/MRI).

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronics mechanics and network infrastructure.

Education: Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering Electronics or equivalent experience.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.

Flexibility: Ability to travel regularly work on-call and work flexible shifts (weekends/evenings).

Working Conditions

This is a field-based position requiring travel within a designated territory.

Work is conducted within hospital/diagnostic center environments potentially involving exposure to magnetic fields and radiation.
