Key Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance: Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance on equipment including electrical hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing faults and performing on-site repairs to restore equipment to operation promptly.
Operational Efficiency: Identifying opportunities for improvements to maximize machinery reliability and performance.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to all health and safety regulations (e.g. OSHA EPA) and ensuring safe working conditions.
Documentation & Budgeting: Maintaining detailed maintenance records managing spare parts inventory and monitoring repair costs.
Technical Support: Training staff on operating procedures and supervising technicians or contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: A bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field is often required.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of PLC systems robotics and industrial automation.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex machine failures.
Communication: Ability to collaborate with production teams and external vendors.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as an electrician. Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems. Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers voltmeter etc.) ... Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
