Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Build run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major social platforms.
Performance Optimization: Test and adjust audience targeting bidding strategies and ad placements to improve CPL CPA and ROAS.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key metrics (CTR CPC conversion rates) to generate insights and provide actionable recommendations.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad content (images videos copy) that drives action.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage daily/monthly ad spend to maximize ROI.
Strategic Planning: Develop long-term paid social strategies to align with overall business growth goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Platforms: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) LinkedIn Campaign Manager TikTok Ads etc..
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data in tools like Google Analytics Excel or platform native reporting.
Social Marketing Experience: Proven track record in digital or paid social marketing.
Creativity & Insight: Understanding of what content drives engagement and conversion.
Knowledge of KPIs: Deep understanding of CPA (Cost-per-Acquisition) CPC (Cost-per-Click) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Technical Familiarity: Understanding of tracking pixels APIs and tag management
