Job Summary:
We are hiring dynamic and energetic Field Sales Executives for the FMCG segment in Kolkata. The role involves market visits generating leads driving product sales and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned areas to promote and sell FMCG products
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain relationships with retailers distributors and shop owners
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the market
- Report daily activity and sales updates to the supervisor
Requirements
- Age: 18 to 30 years
- Gender: Male candidates only
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Sales / Market Development
- Qualification: 8th / 10th / 12th Pass or equivalent
- Must be comfortable with field sales and traveling within the city
- Basic communication skills required (local language preferred)
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
- Physically fit for fieldwork
