Job Summary

Veritas Careers are recruiting for an Established and Highly successful National Automotive Retailer who have a requirement for a Contact Centre Car Sales Executive to join their busy operation in Leicestershire.

Requirements

Ideally you will have experience of working in a franchise dealership as a sales executive or have worked in a fast paced selling call centre environment. If you are a confident and organised individual and have the ability to quickly engage customers you will be successful in this role.

You will join a team predominantly from automotive retail backgrounds in a lively and vibrant selling environment with most if not all team members earning at or above on target earnings.

Benefits

They are offering a generous basic salary and a total package circa 45000 OTE but there are a number of team members earning in excess of 60000.

Required Skills:

You will work in a busy Finance department supporting the sales process working with and alongside a variety of specialist teams. We are looking for experienced salesperson with demonstrable experience identifying funding solutions for customers looking to purchase their next vehicle. A technical knowledge with regards to finance products and regulation would be make someone with Business Manager or similar experience looking to maximise their own earning potential an ideal candidate for the role. The Person: o Experienced sales professional with motor finance experience. o Highly competent enquiry manager. o Able to identify and present funding solutions to customers and stakeholders within the business. o Professional telephone manner able to build rapport and trust quickly. o Ability to build value in a proposition. Main Scope: o To be a motor finance expert within the business. o To develop quality relationships with all business partners and colleagues. o To maximise F&I opportunity and income for the business. The Duties: o Manage a portfolio of leads to ensure adequate conversion and support the companies sales process with regards to F&I. o Liaising with a panel of lenders developing a robust knowledge of their policies and systems. o Becoming a go to person for motor finance expertise.
