Job Summary
A prestigious 10-bedroom Manor house in Oxfordshire is seeking a professional Live-in Housekeeper to maintain the property to the highest standards for principals in part-time residence.
The housekeeper role focuses primarily on maintaining an exceptional standard of housekeeping with preference for a candidate who can also assist with cooking. If cooking is offered the ability to prepare meals to dinner-party standard is ideal; alternatively support with food preparation such as chopping vegetables and basic meal prep would be appreciated.
The family have cats and chickens so a pet friendly candidate is sought. Assisting with feeding the cats will be required.
A driver is preferred due to the rural location with occasional local errands to be undertaken.
The ideal candidate will have high energy a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail with previous experience in similar roles and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
Accommodation: A private two-bedroom barn conversion is provided with its own garden.
Working hours are mostly Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm with one weekend per month required during entertaining. All utilities are provided except for gas. Partner and pets are welcome.
Salary: 40k gross per annum depending on experience.
Role to commence as soon as the right candidate is found.
