The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to support the growth of our Public Protection Week portfolio including flagship events such as the Blue Light Show and Counter Terror exhibitions.
This is an ideal role for:
- An experienced exhibition sales professional looking to escape a corporate environment or
- A driven Sales Manager ready to step into a high-growth high-reward environment
Youll be given real ownership strong earning potential and the chance to help scale a thriving events portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive stand and sponsorship revenue across exhibitions consistently achieving and exceeding targets
- Generate new business via inbound leads competitor events and proactive prospecting
- Maximise client retention through onsite rebooking and year-round account management
- Build strong relationships through meetings calls and regular client engagement
- Maintain accurate CRM records including pipeline management and forecasting
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the event portfolio
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in B2B event or exhibition sales (trade shows preferred)
Proven ability to hit targets and KPIs (e.g. 50 calls / 1.5 hours talk time per day)
Strong new business and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Willingness to travel to UK and international events
Highly organised with strong CRM discipline (HubSpot experience beneficial)
Energetic commercially minded and proactive in identifying growth opportunities
