Job Summary

Full Time Permanent
Salary: OTE up to 41230 (Uncapped)
Basic (DOE) 3000 Productivity Bonus Time Saved Bonus Scheme
Hours: MondayFriday 8:30am5:00pm 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am12:30pm
About the Role
Our client is recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their fantastic workshop team. Working alongside other skilled technicians you will play a vital role in carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology completing services and undertaking additional repairs as required.
You will report to the Aftersales Manager who will provide ongoing support to ensure you have the tools and training needed to succeed. Our client also offers excellent opportunities for career progression including manufactureraccredited courses and Hybrid & Electric vehicle training.

Responsibilities
Carry out predelivery inspections on new and used vehicles
Perform checks in line with manufacturer guidelines
Fit additional accessories requested by customers
Complete full vehicle health checks and report further work required
Inspect lights tyre pressures mechanical and electrical components
Undertake minor repairs on new and used vehicles
Carry out basic diagnostics on mechanical and electrical issues
Conduct vehicle servicing to manufacturer standards
Perform authorised additional repairs
Complete warranty repairs and ensure accurate documentation
Roadtest vehicles to confirm all repairs have been resolved
Complete all paperwork and job cards to a high standard
About You
Prior experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) required
Full UK driving licence
Selfmotivated ambitious and eager to learn
Able to work to high standards with strong attention to detail
Experience with specific manufacturers is beneficial but not essential

Requirements
