Healthcare Assistant (Full-Time Permanent)
Southall / Uxbridge Area London
Due to continued growth and our commitment to delivering exceptional standards of care we are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team in a well-established residential care home based in Southall.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing person-centred care and making a genuine difference in the lives of elderly residents.
Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Hours: 3344 hours per week (day and night shifts available)
Pay Rate 12.71 per hour

About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant you will play a key role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity independence and wellbeing.
Key Duties
Assist residents with personal care including washing dressing and grooming.
Support with mobility and safe moving & handling
Monitor residents condition and report any concerns to senior staff.
Help maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment
Provide companionship and emotional support
Work closely with the care team to deliver high-quality care.
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a UK care home (minimum 612 months preferred)
A caring patient and compassionate attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow care plans and work independently when required
Basic English and IT skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ in Health & Social Care) are advantageous but not essential
