Job Title: Façade Engineer
Location: Ashford
Salary: 40000 per annum
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm

We are seeking a Facade Engineer to support the design coordination and delivery of façade systems across multiple projects. The successful candidate will bring technical expertise in façade construction ensuring compliance with specifications safety standards and project timelines.
Job Description for Façade Engineer
Review and interpret façade drawings specifications and technical documents
Provide technical input during design development and value engineering stages
Coordinate with architects contractors suppliers and internal teams
Conduct site inspections to ensure façade installation quality and compliance
Identify and resolve technical façade-related issues during construction
Monitor project progress and report on façade package performance
Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and safety standards
Support procurement of façade materials and specialist subcontractors
Prepare technical reports method statements and risk assessments
Requirements for Façade Engineer
Proven understanding and knowledge of facade projects
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Understanding of relevant building regulations and standards
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD knowledge
