A respected and busy South Coast practice is looking for an experienced senior commercial property lawyer to join their team on a 12-month locum basis from the end of June. This is a hands-on fee-earning role at a firm with a strong regional reputation offering plenty of quality work and an established support structure.
Youll be stepping into a well-functioning team and will be expected to hit the ground running managing your own caseload from day one.
The role
- Managing a varied commercial property caseload independently
- Handling acquisitions disposals leases and related transactional work
- Advising business and investor clients across a range of sectors
- Working alongside the existing property team on larger matters
- Contributing to client relationships and service continuity throughout the contract
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with significant commercial property PQE
- Strong technical knowledge across the full range of commercial property transactions
- Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- A professional and collaborative approach this is a close-knit team
- Available from end of June and committed for the duration of the contract
