We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrician to work at a large fast-paced commercial site in Doncaster. This is a full-time temporary role with an immediate start.
Working hours:
40 hours per week (shift pattern to be confirmed)
About the role:
You will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and building systems ensuring all works are completed safely and to agreed service levels.
Key responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns
- Fault finding and repair across electrical and mechanical systems
- Reporting defects and updating maintenance records via PDA
- Completing small installation works
- Supporting site engineering emergencies
- Maintaining strong relationships with client representatives
- Ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
- Test & Inspection knowledge (desirable)
- Experience working within PPM schedules
- Strong understanding of building systems (lighting power fire alarms BMS etc.)
- Experience in a customer-facing or critical environment preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
