Our client is an established internationally recognised creative studio in central London delivering large-scale projects for cultural public and commercial clients worldwide.
The Studio Manager will oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on resource planning team allocation workload balancing and project scheduling across multiple concurrent workstreams. Youll report capacity and delivery insights to senior leadership.
Youll also support a team of 20 across creative and technical disciplines covering onboarding reviews recruitment coordination freelance management and general wellbeing. Operationally the role spans facilities IT liaison health and safety and studio efficiency with some involvement in business development and client-facing activity.
This is a hands-on role working closely with the founders in a fast-paced creatively driven environment.
Requirements
4 years in studio or practice management within a creative/design environment
Strong resource planning and time tracking capability
Experience with project tools (TeamGantt Harvest Forecast or similar) and CRM platforms (Pipedrive Salesforce or similar)
