Job Type: Part-Time
Location: Tipperary Ireland
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough and detailed patient assessments using appropriate clinical techniques and equipment
Record patient information in line with ISCP/AOTI guidelines and local policies and procedures
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) including referring consultants to ensure agreed care protocols are followed
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to patients within designated cohorts
Provide tailored advice based on patients medical social and cultural needs
Develop and implement treatment plans to support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals
Maintain accurate comprehensive and up-to-date electronic patient records in line with ISCP/AOTI standards
Requirements
CORU Registration (essential)
Experience in physiotherapy or occupational therapy; clinical experience in elderly care inpatient acute medical care or elective orthopaedics is preferred but not essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Full clean drivers licence own transport and access to a smartphone
Passionate about delivering patient-centred care within a dynamic multidisciplinary high-performance environment
