Job Summary
We have been engaged exclusively to appoint a Director to a market leading Real Estate Advisor. This position will lead the origination and execution of real estate debt mandates advising clients across development finance investment loans refinancing and capital structuring. The successful candidate will combine strong origination capability with deep underwriting expertise across multiple asset classes.
- Source and secure new debt advisory mandates through strong lender and borrower relationships
- Advise clients on financing strategy lender appetite and optimal capital structures
- Lead endtoend debt processes: lender engagement negotiation and transaction execution
- Undertake detailed cashflow modelling underwriting and credit analysis
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the wider advisory practice
- 10 years experience in real estate lending debt advisory private credit or investment banking
- Proven track record originating and delivering real estate debt transactions
- Strong financial modelling and underwriting capability
- Established network across banks alternative lenders and institutional capital
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholdermanagement skills
Required Skills:
Chartered Surveyor and a bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance 7-10 years of experience in asset management in the real estate industry Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
