Retail Assistant Manager and Trainee Store Manager Opportunities
For experienced candidates the Assistant Manager role offers the opportunity to take ownership of store performance and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day running of the store to ensure smooth operations
Drive store performance and support the delivery of sales productivity and KPI targets
Lead by example on the shop floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
Support stock management merchandising and store presentation standards
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist in managing operational processes compliance and health & safety standards
Support cost control and operational efficiency
Coach support and motivate team members to maximise performance
Take ownership of personal development and engage in training opportunities
Experienced in retail supervision team leadership or management
Commercially aware with an understanding of sales drivers and store performance
Organised proactive and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Confident communicators who can lead and motivate a team
Solution-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Keen to develop their career in retail management
