Job Summary
Job Title: Junior Marketing & Sales Executive
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing & Sales Executive to join a growing business operating between Galway City and Athenry. This is a full-time permanent position offering excellent exposure across two dynamic sectors: marketing and online fashion retail.
This role presents a unique opportunity to work directly with the owner of both businesses gaining valuable hands-on experience in sales strategy marketing business development and day-to-day operations.
Start Date: Early May 2026
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies across both businesses
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Assist with marketing initiatives with a particular focus on the online fashion retail sector
Work closely with the business owner and gain direct exposure to daily operations
Learn and confidently use internal systems (full training provided)
Requirements
Requirements
13 years experience in a sales and/or marketing role
Relevant qualification in marketing or a related field is desirable
Full clean drivers license and access to own transport
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
