Job Summary

The Sales Solutions Architect must be able to articulate the companys technology and solutions positioning it to both business and technical users. Primarily engaged in a presales technical consultancy role the architect will provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements prior to designing a solution consulting with technical teams about capabilities and supporting sales teams and account managers on proposal activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of solution.

  • Attend meetings with prospects and clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution.

  • Develop and deliver high quality demonstrations that position products as the best solution to our prospective clients.

  • Provide technical solutions professionally and to agreed timeframes.

  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.

  • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to the sales team.

  • Ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.

  • Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current solutions and provide input around new features.

  • Builds productive relationships internally and externally fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.



Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Sales field with at least 4 years in pre-sales position.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.

  • Superb presentation skills well-organized and excellent time management skills.

  • Excellent command of English.

  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions

Required Skills:

Minimum 4 years to Maximum 6 years of experience in IT sales domain preferring SaaS based. Experience working in Ad-tech / Mar-tech Agency or platform selling roles will be preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Experience with CDP or Marketing Automation platforms is an advantage Graduate/ Bachelors.
