WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• You actively shape DataGuards growth by managing and expanding the full customer lifecycle for our InfoSec-aaS product.

• You advise customers on information security using our platform and build scalable ISMS solutions from scratch.

• You act as a trusted partner guiding customers through audits (e.g. ISO 27001 or TISAX)

• You leverage AI-powered tooling to deliver faster more consistent and higher-quality security consulting outcomes.

• You support Sales and Customer Success with cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for existing customers.

• You drive the evolution of our InfoSec solution by translating customer insights into actionable product feedback.

THE QUALITIES YOULL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

• Professional experience in IT and information security

• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 ISO 9001 SOC2 or TISAX

• Experience in customer-facing roles

• Efficient AI-driven working style with a mindset to continuously challenge the status quo

• Strong process- and customer-oriented mindset

• Up-to-date IT and information security knowledge

• Interest in data protection topics

• Excellent German and English communication skills
