Real Estate Acquisitions Closer (Remote)

Were looking for a confident results-driven Real Estate Acquisitions Closer who thrives in high-volume outbound this role youll connect with property owners and heirs build trust quickly and guide prospects through the contract process. Youll work closely with a fast-paced team focused on uncovering opportunities in surplus and unclaimed funds. This position exists to drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into signed deals.
What Youll Do
- Conduct 2050 meaningful conversations daily
- Manage 3075 outbound calls per day
- Build rapport quickly and communicate with professionalism and empathy
- Review obituaries and family connections to identify the right contacts
- Follow up consistently and guide prospects through closing
- Maintain accurate records and notes in internal systems
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
- Represent the company with professionalism in every interaction
What Were Looking For
- 12 years of cold-calling experience (sales or customer service)
- Real estate experience is required
- Experience with Surplus Funds or Unclaimed Funds is a strong advantage
- Fluent professional English (Grade A)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Self-motivated disciplined and target-driven
- Reliable laptop/PC headset and stable internet (with backup power)
Required Skills:
We require candidates to have at least 1-2 years of experience in an executive administrative role with a strong preference for those with a background in real estate or Title Companies.
