Purpose: To operate within the Regional Center of Excellence for Latin America acting as a key strategic partner for senior leadership team.
This role plays a critical role in shaping Hematology portfolio strategy launch excellence and longterm growth decisions through advanced analytics and deep customer insights partnering closely with local and regional stakeholders.
Acting as a consultative leader and influencer the Business Partner translates complex data analytics and customer insights into clear actionable recommendations for local and regional brand leadership and senior management.
The role acts as an ambassador for advanced analytics and digital innovation from the Center of Excellence operating under the highest compliance standards.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as a key strategic thought partner for Hematology supporting local and regional brand teams with insights that shape portfolio strategy prelaunch excellence and growth opportunities.
Lead the endtoend insights agenda for Hematology integrating market data advanced analytics customer insights and forecasting into a cohesive strategic narrative.
Influence senior executive decisionmaking by translating complex analyses into clear actionable recommendations aligned to business priorities and longterm value creation.
Partner closely with senior local and regional stakeholders to identify crossportfolio opportunities in Brazil enabling datadriven decision making.
Provide leadership through influence aligning stakeholders around insightsdriven priorities and strategic choices.
Elevate prelaunch and inmarket strategies ensuring insights support key business moments throughout the year.
Support longrange planning and 5year forecasting contributing to robust scenario discussions and higherquality strategic planning.
Foster a datadriven culture and ensure all activities are executed in full compliance with internal policies and ethical standards.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Economics Engineering Marketing Statistics or related fields; Masters degree is a plus.
Solid experience in Business Analytics Customer Insights Marketing Commercial Strategy or related roles including prior experience in managerial or leadership positions.
Strong experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with a focus on Hematology or adjacent specialty areas.
Proven experience partnering with senior leadership teams and influencing business decisions.
Experience working in regional or multicountry environments.
Advanced English (written and spoken); Spanish required.
