COMPENSATION $19$25/hr depending on experience and responsibility plus weekly bonus incentives and tips from clients on top.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle

High school diploma or equivalent

Some hands-on work experience is a bonus but not required (we train you)

Full-time commitment: 4050 hours per week during the season

Strong communication skills

Positive attitude reliable and coachable above all else

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own projects start-to-finish at a high standard of quality and on schedule

Keep job sites clean and organized throughout each day Communicate proactively with homeowners crew leads and the business owner

Take initiative in day-to-day operations and problem-solving on site

Support door-to-door marketing andflyer drops in neighbourhoods around active job sites

Grow into project management and leadership roles as the season progresses

Were transforming homes across Durham Region Whitby Ajax Pickering Oshawa Brooklin and Courtice and we want people who take pride in the work they produce.
