Job Summary
MasterTech is on the search for experienced Diesel Mechanics in Streator IL.
The successful Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance diagnostics and repair of over-the-road infrastructure maintenance equipment including vac trucks street sweepers pumps plows etc.
Compensation:
- $34.00 - $38.00/hour to start based on experience.
- Quarterly bonuses of around 6% of annual base pay.

- 401K match.
Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 6AM-8AM start time.
- OT available
Key Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic or related field (heavy equipment oilfield automotive etc.)
- Foundational knowledge of electrical hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- Experience with OEM diagnostic software or other scanners.
- Welding and fabrication experience is preferred.
- Valid drivers license.
- Must have own set of tools.
