Job Summary
Stratton Amenities is hiring Valet Drivers to support a luxury residential high-rise in Plano. This is a hospitality-first role focused on delivering a polished consistent arrival and departure experience for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests promptly with a professional welcoming demeanor
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
- Open doors assist with belongings and maintain a strong first and last impression
- Manage traffic flow in the drive and maintain an organized valet operation
- Issue claim tickets and follow proper vehicle tracking procedures
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections upon receipt and return
- Communicate clearly with team members and management during peak periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet stand and drive area
- Report any incidents damages or guest concerns immediately
- Uphold all service standards and property expectations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of valet experience required luxury residential or hotel experience preferred
- Must know how to drive manual transmission (stick shift)
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Strong communication and situational awareness
- Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to stand walk and run for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and withstand Texas heat
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays required

Compensation
- Hourly rate plus tips
