Delivery Driver Logistics Support Technician
Job Summary
JW is looking for a dependable Delivery Driver / Logistics Support Technician to join our team in support of our work with Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS). This role is ideal for someone comfortable driving a large van managing deliveries accurately and handling basic technology equipment with care.
The person in this role will drive between schools and the warehouse to pick up and deliver devices and equipment while also supporting warehouse and project-based work between routes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a company van to pick up and deliver devices equipment and related materials between schools and the warehouse.
Verify that all orders equipment and materials are complete and accurate before transport.
Communicate any delivery discrepancies shortages or issues to the appropriate site point of contact.
Coordinate and complete scheduled deliveries and pickups in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate daily inventory and delivery records for equipment received transported and delivered.
Handle IT equipment carefully and responsibly during loading transport and unloading.
Represent the face of our team with courtesy and professionalism in all interactions.
Support warehouse organization staging and project work when not actively completing deliveries.
Follow all company and client procedures related to equipment security chain of custody and delivery documentation.
Support basic technical needs like swapping broken chargers in a device cart or assisting with IT projects.
Requirements
Qualifications
One to two years of experience in a warehouse courier delivery or logistics-related role preferred.
Clean driving record required.
Comfortable driving a large van.
Strong attention to detail and ability to confirm accurate inventory and deliveries.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers school staff and internal team members.
Reliable organized and able to work independently throughout the day.
Ability to lift and move equipment safely as needed.
Experience with or familiarity with IT equipment is strongly preferred.
Basic comfort with technology inventory tracking and documentation is a plus.
Preferred Technical Requirements
Familiarity with laptops tablets chargers carts and other common IT hardware.
Ability to identify basic equipment discrepancies such as missing components damaged devices or incorrect quantities.
Comfort using inventory logs mobile communication and basic tracking/documentation tools.
Understanding the importance of secure handling and transport of student and staff technology equipment.

Required Skills:
Primary Skills include: Schedule and set-up video conferences across customer environment. First level problem resolution for VT equipment i.e. codecs audio cameras projectors switches etc. Manipulate cameras and audio equipment. Work with Microsoft Calendars Be proficient in Microsoft SKYP Word PowerPoint and Excel. Coordinate video requirements for large scale executive events on and off-site of the main customer Facility. Provide VTC metrics and reports to management.
