What Youll be Doing:

Youll meet with homeowners who already need help and guide them to the best comfort solutions for their homes.

Typical day includes:

• Running 23 quality sales calls per day
• Diagnosing heating cooling and air quality issues
• Designing comfort solutions that fit the home and budget
• Recommending additional upgrades when appropriate.
• Youll also work closely with technicians for warm lead handoffs which helps build trust and increase your close rate.

• At least 5 years HVAC Sales / Estimator / Comfort Advisor experience
• Strong Communication Skills Both Verbal and Written
