Job Summary

Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full Time Program Manager supporting our School Based Services BRIDGE program and PREP team with a competitive pay range of $40.36$51.13/hour. In this onsite leadership role you will guide multidisciplinary teams ensure program integrity and support high quality mental health services across the community. The School Based Services program partners with Utah County school districts to provide early family centered mental health support in schools homes or via telehealth helping reduce barriers and improve outcomes for youth facing behavioral health challenges. The BRIDGE program follows the Assertive Community Treatment ACT model delivering intensive team based 24/7 support in community settings with a low client to provider ratio. The PREP Prevention and Recovery from Early Psychosis team offers coordinated specialty care for individuals ages 13 to 26 including therapy case management family support and education or employment assistance.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (hours may vary)
Compensation: $40.36$51.13 DOE and Licensure

What Youll Do as a Program Manager

  • Oversee daily operations of clinics and programs ensuring fidelity to evidence-based models
  • Develop and maintain policies procedures and workflows
  • Lead supervise and evaluate staff including scheduling and development
  • Provide clinical supervision and support licensure advancement
  • Manage budgets contracts grants and required reporting
  • Coordinate services with community partners and monitor program needs
  • Represent programs through outreach trainings and community engagement
  • Support crisis response including screenings admissions and care coordination
  • Deliver clinical services (individual family and group) as needed
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Medicaid and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in social work Psychology or a related field
  • Current Utah licensure as a Licensed Psychologist LCSW LMFT CMHC APRN or equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Experience providing clinical supervision and program leadership preferred
  • Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
  • Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
  • Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase
