SUMMARY: They shall perform all duties that pertain to the Credit Loan Program. Assist with filing and digitalizing all credit loan documents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Organize and sort all loan applications and payroll deduction forms by individuals.
- Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples paperclips or cleaning fragile archiving materials.
- Convert all paper documents into digital form and save to USB.
- Maintain and troubleshoot scanners and computer/laptop to ensure proper functionality.
- Must follow the directives given by the Credit Director.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Prior experience in digitization or data conversion is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Ability and skill to perform work in a detailed accurate timely efficient and confidential manner.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Must have computer skills and knowledge of operating scanner or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills time management and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Must keep all information pertaining to credit loan accounts in strict confidentiality.
- Exceptional customer service skills and working with the public.
- Must be able to list 10 pounds.
