Job Summary
This position leads the design development testing and documentation of software solutions with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Responsibilities include implementing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) optimizing workflows and developing complex reports using BI Publisher and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to meet dynamic business needs. The role ensures system alignment with organizational strategies compliance with regulatory requirements and high availability of enterprise resource planning systems.
Responsibilities

Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Modify and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules and implement customizations.
- Build and maintain integrations using OIC REST APIs SOAP services and file-based data exchanges.
- Design and develop reports using BI Publisher and OTBI ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to optimize ERP modules and integrations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all development projects.
- Collaborate with functional team members to gather requirements and align technical solutions with organizational priorities.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and align deliverables with user needs.
- Stay informed about Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP updates and emerging technologies.
- Lead technology initiatives and innovation efforts.
- Mentor junior developers sharing best practices for programming and integration.
Qualifications
Experience with applicable programming experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs) required:
- Strong programming skills in SQL PL/SQL and BI Publisher template design.
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes through automation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently translate user requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Preferred knowledge skills and abilities:
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP architecture workflows and approval processes.
- Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI BI Publisher) and advanced analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building and managing integrations using REST APIs SOAP services XML and JSON.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security frameworks and role-based access configurations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this position is budgeted for $65000 to $115000. Salary will be based on the selected candidates qualifications and experience.
Level 1 - $65000 to $75000
Level 2 - $75000 to $85000
Level 3 - $85000 to $100000
Level 4 - $100000 to $115000
