Oncology Pharmacist Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree

Current Pharmacists license issued by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy. Basic Life Support certification with expectation of Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within first year of hire

Board Certification in Oncology

Must have experience as an Oncology Pharmacist
