Patient Volume: 1520 per day
Admissions:15-20 (to Coordinate with Hospitalists)
Support Staff:

Case Mix: Oncology/Hematology All tumor types
Procedures & Duties:
-Diagnose stage and manage hematology and oncology conditions
-Provide precision medicinebased treatment planning
-Manage symptoms and oversee treatment for hematology/oncology patients
-Provide physician oversight for both the Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Services
-Remain onsite in the Infusion Center during treatments
-Coordinate care with ER physicians
-Chemotherapy administration
-Immunotherapy treatments
-Blood and platelet transfusions
-Hormone therapy
-Antibiotic therapy
-Rheumatoid arthritis injections
-Therapeutic phlebotomies

Other Info: Locum will be solo provider

Requirements:
Active CA License
BC/BE in Hematology or Oncology
Self-Query NPDB report
