Job Summary

M9 Solutions is seeking a CNO Developer (Windows)to work on-site in support of a government contract for a client located inArlington VA. An activeTS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearanceis required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CNO/CNE capabilities targeting Windows systems.
- Perform low-level development in C interfacing with Windows internals (WinAPI memory processes/threads).
- Support exploitation and operational tool development for mission use.
- Collaborate directly with operators and analysts to refine capabilities.
- Debug test and adapt tools in real-world operational environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
- 3 years of CNO/CNE exploit development or offensive cyber experience.
- Strong C programming skills (low-level/system-level development).
- Solid understanding of Windows internals (memory management APIs process injection etc.).
- Experience with reverse engineering or assembly (x86/x64).
- Familiarity with Linux Android or iOS platforms.
- Scripting (Python or similar) for tooling/automation.
