ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE TELECOMMUNICATIONS (Permanent)
Our client a telecommunications organization with a hub in WNY is looking to add an Account Executive to their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily responsibilities for new and existing customer accounts
- Utilize networking cold-calling referrals and other various avenues for lead generation to identify new potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients to ensure a positive experience is achieved
- Act as an owner of products/services to provide detailed information and solutions offer price plans etc.
- Determine customer needs in order to appropriately recommend products and services
- Utilize creative techniques to drive sales negotiate and close deals
- Generate reports based on forecasting vs. sales activities
- Remain up to date on industry trends services and products by participating in training programs and attending sales meetings
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop and implement creative sales strategies to drive business
- Create and present product proposals and pricing quotes
- Juggle multiple tasks at a time in a fast-paced environment
- Work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is full-time direct hire
- Hybrid schedule; 3 days WFH 2 in-office
- $50000 $55000 annually depending on experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- 2 years experience in customer acquisition/sales
- Strong computer skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with clients
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization skills analytical and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Relocation not available
