JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active WI license required
Board: Board Certification required
DEA: Active DEA required
Certifications: ACLS required
Experience: Recent critical care experience required
Other Qualifications: Must provide case logs for past 2 years; vaccination records required; ability to work both day and night shifts
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide critical care services in ICU setting
Manage complex patient cases and coordinate care with multidisciplinary team
Perform daily rounding and patient assessments
Provide telemedicine support as needed across facilities
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
