Enterprise Account Executives develop customer relationships to sell products and services prospecting cold-calling networking and generating leads through referrals. Partnering AEs manage a portfolio of active lines identifying business needs and matching them to the T-Mobile for Business product portfolio. The role is responsible for both new logo growth and retention of the active account base.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services fully.
  • Fully utilize all sales force automation funnel management and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting. Ensure all internal departments have fulfilled responsibilities to bring new customers onboard. Research business information about prospects.
  • Contract and sales negotiations.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience:

  • 4-7 years of Acquisition sales experience and a demonstrated history of achievements in a commissioned environment. (Required)
  • 2-4 years of Technology or wireless Sales experience to Fortune 1000 companies in the Region. (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications:

At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines fully vaccinated as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. T-Mobiles Commitment

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $128500 - $231800 inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $77100 - $139080

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successfulcandidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications andexperience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this rolebased on hiring location T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
