About the Opportunity
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company has built and deployed a proprietary Vendor Management System that gives organizations complete visibility and control over their contingent workforce. The platform is live operational and already managing active contracts. We are expanding our sales team and looking for hungry self-motivated closers to bring this platform to private sector clients across any industry.
This is a pure hunter role. No base salary. No territory restrictions. No ceiling on earnings. If you know how to build relationships open doors and close deals this opportunity rewards you directly for results.
What Youll Be Selling
A cloud-based AI-powered Vendor Management System designed for any organization that manages contractors vendors or a contingent workforce including:
Real-time contractor tracking and PO utilization controls
AI-driven candidate matching and resume ranking
Automated invoice anomaly detection catches billing errors before they reach AP
Configurable dashboards and on-demand reporting
Hard-stop overbilling prevention at the system level
Diversity spend tracking and subcontractor management
REST API integration with existing HRIS and ERP systems

Any private organization that uses contractors staffing agencies or manages a flexible workforce. Strong target markets include:
Healthcare & Hospital Systems: managing large volumes of travel nurses IT contractors and locum staff
Financial Services & Banking: audit-sensitive environments that need billing transparency and contractor compliance

What Youll Do
Build and own your pipeline from scratch through cold outreach LinkedIn prospecting referrals networking and industry events
Identify decision makers CHROs CPOs CFOs VP of HR Procurement Directors and Operations leaders
Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and uncover pain around contractor visibility billing accuracy and workforce reporting
Schedule and co-facilitate live VMS platform demos with DTLCs technical team
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through signed agreement
Negotiate deal terms within DTLCs pricing framework
Maintain pipeline records and provide weekly activity updates to DTLC leadership
Represent DTLC professionally and credibly in all client interactions
Requirements
Who Were Looking For
Required:
3 years of B2B sales experience in any industry SaaS HR tech staffing software or services
Proven track record of generating your own leads and closing independently
Comfortable selling to C-suite and VP-level decision makers
Strong communicator written verbal and on video calls
Self-directed with high personal accountability no micromanagement here
Comfortable with a sales cycle ranging from 30 days (SMB) to 6 months (enterprise)
Reliable professional and coachable
Preferred but not required:
Experience selling HR tech workforce management or SaaS platforms
Existing relationships with HR procurement or finance leaders in any industry
Familiarity with VMS or MSP platforms as a user buyer or seller
Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts ($30M revenue companies)
