Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform daytoday facility repairs support tenant and commonarea maintenance and ensure a safe clean and wellmaintained shopping center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor repairs in electrical plumbing HVAC appliances carpentry painting flooring and irrigation.
- Repair/maintain doors windows locks gates fencing roofing concrete and pool/spa areas.
- Support apartment turns including makeready prep and movein/moveout inspections.
- Complete service requests promptly and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure tools/equipment are in proper condition.
- Identify major repair needs and correct unsafe conditions immediately.
- Follow all safety procedures use PPE and comply with federal/state/local regulations.
- Participate in oncall rotation for evenings weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking bending kneeling climbing lifting and use of hand tools.
Qualifications
- Related maintenance experience preferred.
- EPA Certification required for refrigerant handling.
- Knowledge of hand tools power tools moving aids and mechanical equipment (power washers blowers compressors)
$25 - $32 an hour
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicants education experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
